About this website
This policy covers the FinWise information website and business inquiries. Customer data inside the product is covered by separate agreements.
Business inquiries
When you submit the contact form with your consent, we store your name, work email, company, role, inquiry type and any optional scope details or message you provide. We use them to review your inquiry and contact you about it. A request does not automatically book a meeting or create a product account.
The request is stored in the inquiry service and an email notification containing those details is sent to the designated recipient handling FinWise inquiries. The service records the submission time. Your consent wording, notice version and selected language accompany the inquiry. The delivery service and hosting providers process information needed to operate these functions; their technical records are governed by their settings and policies.
Do not submit financial records, payroll, customer or supplier records, passwords or confidential information. There are no file uploads. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; other details are optional.
Tracking and storage
The website code does not add advertising pixels, visitor analytics or marketing subscriptions. It does not save form entries in cookies or browser local storage. Hosting and inquiry services may process technical information such as an IP address for operation and abuse prevention. This does not mean visits generate no technical data.
Your inquiry and information
To ask about your submitted information, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, use the contact form and select “Other business inquiry”. Provide your work email and a brief description so the request can be reviewed. Do not send identity documents through this form. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out.

The product login and external services have their own access rules and policies. We update this page when website functions or information handling change.
